AI systems may support source discovery, document summarization, comparative analysis, draft preparation, headline alternatives, chart formatting and conversion of approved content into web, email or audio formats.
Human responsibility
A human editor reviews the final five-story portfolio, verifies material facts and sources, approves the analysis and authorizes publication. AI does not autonomously publish to the production site.
Quotes and sources
AI-generated quotations are prohibited. Quotes must be checked against an original recording, transcript or source document. A generated citation is not accepted until the linked source is opened and verified.
Sensitive information
Unreleased incident data, credentials, customer information and legally restricted material must not be placed into an external AI service without explicit authorization and appropriate controls.
